Shoulders - Doorway Turn
Good for: Tension in shoulders/upper-back.
This stretch is great for people with tension in their shoulder and upper-back. The "rounded shoulders" are commonly from shoulders being protracted by the pectoralis-minor muscles - This exercise allows you to stretch these muscles which eases and relaxes the muscles in the upper-back.
Stand near the side of a doorway with your feet apart.
Flex the elbow of your left arm and place your palm on the door frame (or wall) just above head level.
Now, slowly turn your upper body away and to the right while keeping your left arm in a fixed position.
Switch sides and repeat
