This stretch is great for people with tension in their shoulders and upper-back. This exercise helps relieve tension in your shoulder blades and allow you to stretch your pectoralis muscles and relax them.

  • Sitting or standing, place both hands behind your head.

  • Push your elbows back and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
